“Beware of doing business with this company. Their estimates do not include materials.....and so what you are quoted will likely not be the final cost of your job. Besides that, their responsiveness was terrible......needing to prompt them more than once just to get answers to simple questions. And when you call them, you don't talk to a person....you leave a message....and if you get a call-back, it is a solicitation call for more business as opposed to addressing the poor customer service! They claim to match competitive bids....and after providing them with a legitimate, competitive bid, they refused. I would never do business with them.”
