Birds commenced constantly attacking their reflection in the window.
I phoned the sales director and put the case to him. He said for a fee he can remove it. I asked why there was no warning about this on the website and no answer was offered.
However, soon after my complaint, your website posted an independent report warning of environmental damage and bird hazard.
It is environmentally damaging to spoil the environment with your lack of information.
I inform anybody interested in reflective windows so they can choose to avoid using it.”
“Not happy with one of the windows on the door panel, Chris did call out and looked at it and he said because our door panel is in back to front. 13 door panels have the tint, yet only one has the problem. It's def like a soapy film through it. Poor excuse. Your guys wash/spray window/door b4 applying film and personally it looks as though this particular door wasn't done correctly. I doubt anything will be done because like I said Chris had already made his mind up it was the window/door problem”
