The application department needs a serious teaching experience on customer service some of the reviews are to a t as to what I'm experiencing Kayla Edwards has been the only person who was professional and she wasn't in that department.

Worst customer service ever, JUST a FEW POINT ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE customer service/COMPANY; The reps, don't answer phone calls, Nor call back when you leave a message.

I am probably out a bunch of money because I did all the work and every time I tried to get a status through the app I never got a response. When I would call weeks later they had no information period! I do not see where they have done anything at all, worthless so called service praying on people who are looking for help. Wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy.
