The application department needs a serious teaching experience on customer service some of the reviews are to a t as to what I'm experiencing Kayla Edwards has been the only person who was professional and she wasn't in that department.

The reps, don't answer phone calls, Nor call back when you leave a message.

I am probably out a bunch of money because I did all the work and every time I tried to get a status through the app I never got a response. When I would call weeks later they had no information period! I do not see where they have done anything at all, worthless so called service praying on people who are looking for help. Wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy.
