“Do not use this company, they are unreliable and do not say what they say they will do. They will take your money and after that will take no responsibility to see the work through. I paid this company for a CCTV survey for my build over application on 14/09/2023. They promised a 3 -5 working days to get my report back, with pictures and video. 7 working days later after chasing the report they send me a flimsy report, barely a report with no pics or video. I chased them so many times that about 15 working days later I ask for my money back. That was on 5th October, they asked for my bank details for the refund and still they have not given my money back. They are unethical and have no problem lying to you, I was told several times a refund was on the way, still nothing. It's 25th October, doesn't take 20days to give money back. I am very angry at being made a fool of.”

“Very over priced,£400for just over an hours work, a day late, I was quoted £75 per half hr,when he showed me the bill on his phone it said £75 × 6,I queried this, the lady said £75 fir the jet wash and as it had just gone over the hr it was 3 x 75 but what was the other 2 £75 for, she didn't really answer, and he had time drinking his coffee in the van, the guys were nice enough but the bill was a rip off”
Hi Mrs Richards thanks for leaving us a review, we have different prices depending on the job and area, you were quoted £75.00 per half an hour for labour and £75.00 per half an hour for jetting, so the overall costs were for an hour and a half 6 x £75.00 we then also discounted the price by £50 for you. We were completely transparent with all our pricing.

“Very poor service.
CCTV report was a week later than promised, very light on any detail of drain defects and without a quote for remedial work.
Had to use another company to get a decent report and quote.
Requested a refund several times but no response.”

We provided you with a CCTV survey with everything required, we did send the Survey a week late, due to us being busy at this time of year. Our apologies.
We will not be offering a refund as the service was still fulfiled.
