“From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. The receptionist explained about the car park. Once called in for the procedure the nurse explained everything that was going to happen. The procedure was quick and painless. 5 star treatment. Thank you.”

“Made a great difference to my hearing after my appointment. Also got some useful advice to help reduce the chance if recurrence. Certainly has improved my quality of life as now could clearly hear conversations and radio/television.”

“Made a massive difference to my hearing. Went 2 weeks without barely hearing a thing and now i can hear better than i could for as long as i remember. The staff member who sorted my ears at dewsbury was great. Wholly recommend keeping this service on the NHS, as i know much more people who need this service ASAP”

“I was seen by Brontë for earwax removal. I found her to be extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I could hear 100% better after removal and therefore the procedure was a complete success. Overall a very high-quality service.”
