“Was anxious and nervous about the procedure as the last time I had it done it was painful, I didn't need to worry as not only was the procedure fine but the lady who did it was really friendly and understanding,she put me at ease straight away and explained what was going to happen, she told me if at any stage I wanted her to stop she would, thankyou for your support 👍”

“Excellent service. The Healthcare professional who attended to my ear was very professional, friendly and very competent. The initial micro-suction was not successful but she knew exactly what to do, irrigating my ear and successfully removing a large accumulation of ear wax and relieving my discomfort. I would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Ear Care to anyone with similar problems.”

“Excellent service from initial phone call from Jill (l think). Having a long standing hearing loss in my left ear since childhood l always panic when my right ear blocks, Bronte was brilliant and explained procedures and successfully removed wax quickly. Thank you to Bronte for her patience and professionalism.”

“My father ( 89 years old) was delighted with the excellent care he received today. His nurse was patient, gentle, cheerful and very understanding. She examined his ears then explained to him fully the ear wax removal procedure and how it might feel. My father was very happy. Thank you.”
