“My guy keeps interrupting me and cutting me off when I'm telling him what I need. Very frustrating. Not professional. I even spoke to his Mgr about this, nothing happened. I just started my business in March and he also knew I was trying to open April 1st. I lost my very first customer/booking ($525) due to stripe not being hooked up to my website. It was not charging taxes either so I had to pay for that. I also lost over $100 on another one due to no taxes being taken out and she got to choose the cheaper package by mistake. No one offered to reimburse me for the losses either. So no I would not recommend this Company for anyone. They should have made sure that stripe was working for me fully since I paid for this service. They knew upfront what kind of business I have. If they make this right then maybe I'd change my mind some. I was never told I had to do stripe myself. I just want this to be corrected.”
