“I bought a vanilla gift card and used crypto to pay for it, but the bitcoin payment didn't receive confirmation within the first 1 hour. As a result, Prepaidify cancelled my order even though I had already made the payment. Eventually, the bitcoin payment was confirmed after a few hours, but despite numerous attempts through email and support chat, Prepaidify did not send me the product. This is my first experience with this service and it has left a negative impact. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, otherwise it would seem that Prepaidify is a scam.”
