“I placed a large order of mostly Two Bad Mice cards and Forever cards. Everything was lovely, excellent quality, and packed with great care. “I received a fragrance lamp for a Christmas present but the buyer had no idea that the oil wasn't included. Luckily I was able to order from you but I do feel that a sample of oil should come with the lamp. Obviously it is no good without. The oil had leaked slightly so the packing was damp. The fragrance was very pleasant when I finally got it working yesterday..”

Thank you very much for your kind review and your helpful suggestions which are very much appreciated. We only sell the fragrance lamps in gift sets which are supplied complete with a bottle of oil to get the recipient started. Other sellers will, however, have lamps for sale without oil. Very sorry to learn that the oil leaked slightly. We do carefully check each bottle before despatch so I am particularly disappointed that this occurred.

“I ordered 3 “elephant” cushions to match some we had previously bought in store at Present Company, as they have lasted so well and still look great. My cushions arrived the next day, all perfect and beautiful! This is a great store with quality products you won’t find elsewhere, and service to match.”
