I have not as yet received my order despite receiving a message yesterday that it would be delivered today between 8.41 am and 12.41 pm.

We are very sorry that you believe that we did not despatch your order quickly. We received your order on the evening of Thursday 7 March. However, you had chosen our "Click & collect" option to pick up your order from our shop in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. As your address was very far away, we thought perhaps that you needed shipping. Unfortunately, you had also given us your email address incorrectly. As we were now unable to contact you by email, we left a voicemail message on your mobile phone as there was no reply. We spent some time looking into your email address and corrected the wrong character. You kindly came back to us by email and paid for our standard shipping rate of £2.99 for Royal Mail 3 - 5 days delivery. By this time, our Friday Royal Mail collection had left. So we sent your order on Monday 11 March, the very first opportunity available. A despatch notification was sent to you by our website. We see that your order was delivered on Saturday, five days after posting. We agree that it is disappointing for you that Royal Mail was slow with delivering your order, this is why we say allow up to 5 days for our standard delivery service. We thank you very much for your order, but we do feel that we did absolutely everything within our power to send it as quickly as we could.
