“Part of my order was damaged (not the company‘s fault, it was a slight marking in the wood from when the product was made), I received a message straight away to say they would be sending a new item out first class at no charge. I couldn’t fault my experience with this company and I will certainly be using them again especially in the run up to Christmas”
