“Really good and prompt communication from Present Company, always re-assuring when buying for the first time. My package was despatched but then delayed due to the current (covid-19) situation and I was very impressed that the company are sending out every parcel as 'tracked', at their own expense. I was very pleased with the items I received and would recommend and use Present Company again.”

“So so happy with my order! My little girl managed to lose her Jellycat little Flamingo on a walk. Jellycat no longer provides theses anymore, i looked everywhere for one then came across The Present Company who surprising had one! I was so over the moon and i can't thank this shop enough! Fast delivery and great communication.”
