“Service as it should be! Placed my order for my favourite brand of incense sticks with the Present Company, as they were so much cheaper than any other site. Received an email the next morning to inform me that my order was being prepared, then another to confirm dispatch with tracking information. Received my order two days later, what more can you ask, and why can’t other online retailers offer the same standard of service? Thank you “Present Company””

“My go to gift shop. I simply love this company. They have a diverse range of fantastic items to meet all tastes and price ranges.Their website is easy to use and they deliver very quickly. “I stocked up on gift cards and wasn't disappointed! Lovely, well made cards. Very affordable too. Delivered on time and presented in individual, see through card sleeves, which I love as I store all my cards in a box and thumb through them so I know they will stay clean. I will definitely be returning to this site!”

“It's not often I bother to review services but in this case I felt Present Company deserved it. An accurate description of the product gave me the confidence to order in the first place (the internet is littered with the same product) and the buying process was simple. An email from them on the same day ordered told be my order had been processed and then shipped. Two days later after emails from Royal Mail telling me they had received it and telling me it would be delivered today, here it is. Intelligently packaged the product is perfect and exactly what I ordered. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again, James.”

“Brian and Louise have provided the most amazing customer service. When I could not find a particular item to order I added a comment to see if they had some stock, just not listed. They were able to accommodate my request and made a more than acceptable swap, I am so pleased they could do this. All items were packaged very securely and dispatched extremely quickly. Only delay was due to postal strikes but this was out of their control. I thoroughly recommend and will most definitely order from again. Thank you 😊”
