“THIS IS MY SECOND ORDER WITH THE PRESENT COMPANY, THE OWNERS BRIAN AND LOUISE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY WITH REGARD TO MY QUERY REGARDING A FRAGILE ITEM BEING PACKED CAREFULLY, MY ORDER ARRIVED.
