“Hi i found this site off the internet while looking for a slimline wall heater for my mother as i still do not trust internet found the phone number and rang up it was answered straight away by a lady who was very knowlegable i was able to order the item i wanted and payed by card Next day ( as was late afternoon when orderd) i got confomation of order by email then later got another email with delivery date, the day before got another email with delivery time down to the hour absolutly amazing parsel recived bang on time on day nothing else to say brilliant,”

“CNM kept me updated by email telling me the date for delivery and that i would have to sign for the parcel, which was helpfull. The parcel was well made up and the kettle was in perfect condition when i unpacked it. This is the second Catering Kettle i have from CNM and i had good service with the last one i purchased from them.”
