“No one returns calls/ chat box doesn’t work- no one answers calls/emails unanswered. Don’t waste your time or money”

“Changed editors multiple times without informing me ( the author) the books message was lost between 3 different view points & edited to the point of it no longer being accurate. After being promised a refund for their failings ( in October) no one will send the check or return any calls. Scam who only takes money & does nothing to ensure edits are accurate or even in the right timetable”
