“I was interested in trying the coffee bags (Smooth Italian) as an alternative to my usual coffee making routine, and not disappointed. Easy, no fuss way of drinking really tasty coffee - recommended.”

“We took advantage of a trial pack which contained 4 of their new roasts to sample and review. They were each lovely coffee and has slightly different tastes and I was impressed by the flavour as well as the quick delivery and how well packaged it was.”

“I am a coffee bag user and Presto's bags are right up there with the best. The "Intense" variety is currently my preferred drink, but the "Smooth Italian" also lives up to its name. Excellent value for money. No unnecessary packing. Queries are dealt with extremely promptly and a recent wrong order was very quickly and efficiently rectified. What's not to like about Presto?”

“I have been ordering Presto Coffee beans since I bought my coffee machine and grinder. I can't praise Presto highly enough. My orders have always arrived quickly enough and the quality and taste is so very much better than supermarket brands I have tried. Thanks Presto.”

“My order took two weeks to arrive with me after I purchased it.. was it worth the wait?.. not really. The coffee is alright at best (think Taylors of Harrogate level). The customer service was grim, generic response and no real care about my issue. Absolutely no apology or attempt to make it right when I did finally get my order. Overall, I won't be returning, I can get the same standard of coffee from my supermarket in a fraction of the time and with a smile.”

“Very good fresh whole coffee beans and at a good price especially when there’s a 10% offer on. Delivery usually pretty quick but not always. My main issue is that the company describes an order as “fulfilled” on their website when they mean “dispatched” - from the customer’s point of view an order is only fulfilled IMO when they have their coffee and if they are checking to see it’s status they want to know in an unambiguous way what is happening with it.”

“I enjoy the coffee bags very much when I actually receive them. Order 7366 arrived incomplete; two items (2xSmooth Italian) have yet to arrive. I informed you. You thought it "slightly peculiar." Even so, you apparently put order 7575 through for me but this too has yet to arrive.”

“Bit sad to see prices have gone up for your beans, I still bought a 6 pack and it came split open. The beans are still nice though, just a bit disappointed for the 2 reasons above.”
