I always had good experiences at pret but unfortunately today I had a very bad experience in Pret wembley park branch
I had ordered a coffee and I asked for 1 tissue. Your staff ( Abdul) threw the tissue at me
He did this purposely as he looked very angry for some reason
This is completely unacceptable behaviour and service.
I am a regular client at pret wembley branch and I see this person Abdul is rude to most clients and its just sad that your branch manager which is present on the till does nothing about Abdul behaviour
This is not an acceptable behaviour by Pret staff and it gives bad reputation and image to pret”

“Used Pret A Manger several times during my London Trip to Kensington and at Heathrow Airport. All food purchased was excellent and staff were very polite and patient. Quick check out with card payment system. Would use Pret A Manger again whenever I see one as I believe their products are good quality.”
