“I was refused service for having a re useable cup because it was "the wrong kind of re usable cup" although when I contacted head office, this proved to be a lie and it turns out I was refused service because I am Austistic and, being different, made the server uncomfortable.
I was promised a loaded "Pret a Manger" card as compensation for the appalling treatment I had received but, nearly four weeks later, I am still waiting.”
