“I suppose I should have read the small print. I’ve been using pretty green since 2007 so have spent a great deal of money over the years. This is first time I’ve returned an order and wow it was a mission. Firstly as a customer I am made to pay for return postage so that’s £4.99 each way. Then I’m informed that it’s a £5 return fee. So I’ve sent an item back and paid pretty green for the privilege of owning nothing. When questioning via customer care they had no interest other to send me a link proving that I should have read the terms. When I suggested I’d like to take it further I was told the process to complain was to email directly to the person I am complaining against and they would forward to a manager. Tbh I’ve taken the hit, been robbed by pretty green. Shame, love the gear but will NEVER use them again. Be aware folks!”

“Quality has significantly deteriorated over the years. Sizing is now absolutely shocking in variation. And now (on the back of their sizing issue) they want to charge you £5 for the pleasure of returning. I have shopped here for years but this will definitely be the last. Order number 2364150”

“I don a French undercut look with proper expsive peaky blinder cap, with my pretty green, definitely levies and air max, occasionally addidas, but a young looking 45 man kill it with air max and levies”

“No customer service department, try and call their number, I have been for 3 days, try sending an email, I have no reply. Save your money and shop elsewhere.”

“There refusal to make 3xl only 2xl would work if there sizing was correct the sizing model is said to be 6ft 1nch an wears a medium in every single shirt/top/sweatshirt an the lenght look to be on his waistband so i order xxl every single time an im 5ft 10inch an every top is too short just make a 3xl pg how difficult would that be im now never ordering pg again as everytime the stuff i buy goes back its false advertising to say model wears medium an hes 6ft plus.”

“The customer service is a joke! I ordered t-shirts for Xmas, on 25/11. They were never delivered. Now we are 23/1, Pretty Green has my 65 pounds and stopped communicating as of 1/1. I don't know how to get this sorted. So frustrating!”

“terrible customer service like all the majority of the reviews on here. i placed a order 6 days ago ive received no dispatched email. ive emailed 5 times just got the normal automated response. phoned customer service left it ringing for 20min no answer. this is the worse on line store i have ever dealt with. whats funny is they took my money out of my bank straight away.”
