“Install mostly self device tills in there now so your supposed to do there job for them just a couple of tills with people on them not everybody wants to pay by card had to wait ages to get served massive queue’s definitely put me of going in there”

“Poor experience with security guard not letting me in store 10 minutes before closing. This is second time has happened. Yet other people are allowed into Fosse Park Primark store. Very rude person. Training should include manners and how to talk with potential customers.”

“My son went to Leicester Primark in the city centre today, to buy a new shirt he wanted, when he got to the till, the ignorant sales assistant looked him up and down, and asked him, are you sure you have the right size, the absolute cheek of him, i would understand if it was his boots he was questioning (he is a size 12 foot) but to body shame him asking him if hes sure he has the right size, in front if his friends, how rude, my son instantly asked for the manager, he wants to hope the manager has dealt with him, if i ever go in and my son points him out, it will be a little more than a bollocking he gets”

“Yesterday my dad when to primary foss Park to ask could he return back 5 pack of leggings due to lose of recipient however he explained to the lady behind the counter he have proof of transportation purchase the lady accused him.of leave the store with item he didn't pay for they didn't investigate or check cctv or there is no evidence this is unacceptable by primary work staff on manager they call security who have no proof or evidence to judge and accused my dad by what the women staff said on management please be advice how primary staff willing to accused customer when they come in to explained they lose recipient but have proof of transportation purchase disgrace this is I am not comfortable going to shop at primary anymore”

“Naz or it's Nav the manager of leicester city town is rude & picks aguements with women. He continued to argue that he is not rude & aggressive when doing it. He continued to follow my daughter & argue with her even though she said "OK this is over let me go & pay." He said " go on report me!" when I told him we were reporting him. He just would not leave her alone until I came over to them. I said to him "you are the worker,we are the customers,have some respect" he replied "how am I not respecting you,how am I being aggressive?!" Instead of saying " sorry ladies we are closing,can you go & pay" instead of "you need to get out!" & harass paying customers.”

“Wanted to exchange an item for a different size but didn't have my receipt. The attitude of the manager was absolutely horrendous, he does not know how to talk to people with respect. Absolutely disgusted with that man, I forgot his name or I would have reported him. Should not be in charge of any employees, he needs more training.”

“The only thing going for this awful place is the fact that it’s cheap. Clothes last less than a month generally, nothing is on correct hangers or even correct rail most of the time, customer services are next to useless if there is a problem. It really is worth spending that little bit more to get something that isn’t going to be recycled after a few wears”
