“Cut long story story short,bought a bike worth over,,£2000 few weeks ago,all was great,being an old school veteran I wanted to treat myself and get good advice,total bill came to over £2000 with accessories etc,with lock thrown in as a good will,THANK YOU,I insured the bike of course,and was mortified when it was stolen on 3rd outing,,the lock given FOC was silver standard,when it should have been gold,insurance have been very helpful but of course won’t pay out because of this,crime number and photo included,my concern is the lack of contact through email,and post which has been dismissed,hoping I will go away,I understand I was wrong in not having correct lock,but really I was guided by salesman who through in silver lock FOC and say this will do the job,the customer service has been zero,please do not make the same mistake I did,or you will be just ignored,Chatminster Bournemouth”
