“I ordered a Birdbath. When it arrived I discovered it was broken. I telephoned the company which took forever and a replacement was ordered. This too was broken when it eventually arrived. The packaging was totally unsuitable for the Birdbath. A large box and lots of bubble wrap is not ideal to protect this item from being damaged. The return of both these item was a nightmare. The time and date for collection of these returned items did not go smoothly. I will not be dealing with this company again. H Marriott”
