I had 26 boards printed all of which were of poor standard. £750 job and only offered me £100 back and £300 in credit which I refused. Why would I use them again when their work is unacceptable and with poor customer service. I'm looking in to small claims now. Steer clear.

I advise everyone to stay well clear, they are a snatch and grab company, i have reported them to trading standards and will now be looking to legally puruse them for fraudulent advertising, the companies they claim they have worked with are not acurate, i've contacted 4 who claim this is false and supplied them with the evidence, they will also now be legally pursuing them as the service they provide from falsely claiming to work with them brings the company names into disrepute.

Terrible customer service. Pushy sales team. Said that they would get someone else to assist me as they were leaving now. but the other staff member did not even try to assist me. Horrible horrible. I will never purchase from them. ever. If i could give half a star i would

RUBBISH - customer service was ok until i had to make a complaint about the quality of the material used, and also ask for a VAT receipt.

Really bad service, high resolution pictures provided but I noticed the email received for approval it was a low resolution so I sent another email with the instructions the pictures to use but they ignored it.

Terrible customer service, i placed an order on June 21st and 2 months later still no sign of the banner. Every excuse under the sun- lost, then it was posted, then checking with line manager. I have now had to claim back on my card.
