“Ordered a blanket/ throw for a Christmas present. Paid 14.96 for fast shipping. Seemed standard by the time it arrived. I was shocked when I opened and saw the size. Beware! While they post measurements, they show a picture of the throw and with a size that is standard for most throws on other sites, and to cover an adults legs. This is not for an adult! It is the size of a baby blanket. They said they would refund price of blanket, but I would be out price of shipping and the cost of shipping it back. That makes a refund a wash. Very frustrating finding this out a few days before a gift exchange. Now I have a baby blanket with Downton Abbey on it and OOP $54. Misleading and overpriced for size.”

“Absolute garbage product. Skip it. Plus they use a horrible shipping service called GOFO Express that’s anything but express. Extremely disappointing purchase all the way around.”

“We ordered a superman “rug” for our daughter’s baby shower! We received it and were SO disappointed! It did not look like a rug at all! It came vacuum packed in a little square. The directions said to give it 3 days and it would plump up and fill out. It looks like a cheap blanket with a cheap seam. Five days later it still has creases and they won’t return it because it has been past three days!!!”

“The quality of the sherpa blanket is poor. I should have seen these reviews. This blanket has helmet logos for all the NFL teams. The helmets are mis-shaped. The biggest issue is that some are backward ... so for Green Bay the G is like looking in a mirror. Same with the 49ers, others. Typical non-English speaking Chinese. I believe this product is counterfeit, because NFL licensing can't be so bad that there is no quality control.”

“I ordered a rug and it is such poor quality especially since it is made of foam. How long do you think that would last. The best is they want me to pay to ship it back and give me a store credit.”

“I ordered a personalized product oct 2, 2023. Said it was delivered about 2 weeks ago. It’s now nov 11th. They used a Chinese shipping company and couldn’t track my order forever. I contacted them and they sent me a link to track it. It says delivered and it’s not here. Checked my security cams and nothing. They told me that this weird 4px shipping company has paperwork showing it was delivered so I need to call them. Basically telling me I’m SOL. Found my original confirmation email and it’s the wrong address! So I have to dispute this charge at my bank tomorrow. Do NOT do business with them. Not a reliable trustworthy American company. At least be aware it’s out of country and not American shipping and they will keep your money if there are shipping issues.”

“Quality of puzzle was poor, some of the pieces would not lay flat, half of the NFL helmets were backwards and elongated( not round) paid more money than I would normally pay for a puzzle , wanted it for my grandsons birthday :[”

“Is to damn big my car is 59” long 34 deep and is to big ..it does not have the velcro that they said it does ..and it can’t be cut to fit so iam dissatisfied”

“I ordered 2 rugs a year ago and never received them! I’ve reached out to this company on multiple accessions and they would simply ignore my email and there is no number to call them so I’ve been reaching out for about a year and they just now got back to me! Do not order from this company and save your money!”

“Company misprinted my order of a rug. Instead of Ohio State they printed OHIPOSSUM...funny but not right....They refuse to refund the order or redo the rug. They simply stop communicating. Do not order anything from this company would be my advice.”
