“There team demonstrated exceptional transparency, responsiveness, and support throughout the entire process. They guided me through each stage with clarity, transforming what initially felt overwhelming into something completely manageable. I greatly appreciated their honesty and open communication. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, trustworthy assistance.”
“I have been using Pristine for several months and have spent thousands of dollars. i recently decided to start to purchase mystery boxes. . I picked the SUPER 70’S” VINTAGE TRADING CARD Mystery BOX – 20+ CARDS" as they touted that you will receive multiple HOF'ers in each box. They actually showed example photos of many cards that you could get. I bought 5 of these mystery boxes at and average cost of $20 before they throw all their fees shipping, insurance costs bringing the average box price to around 30-35 dollars each. At the same time i also purchased 5 of the "Blast Pack” - 20 to 75 Cards Per Mystery Box! Sealed Pack/Autos & More" mystery box. After opening all 10 of the boxes I received not a single card pictured in their entrapment photos, and not a single card worth more than about 2 dollars. PLEASE do not waste your money on any mystery box they have to offer. Stick to cards that are actually visible and graded. Or stick with autographed merchandise that is authenticated by one of the big authentication houses. Otherwise you will fall into the same trap i feel into, hoping that you would get at least one bigger card within the 10 boxes. Their Mystery Boxes are not worth the price. PLEASE do not west your money. I am very disappointed in them.”
“I tried Pristine Auction for 2 months, spent a little over $10,000 to give it a fair shot. I ended up very disappointed. Their Mystery Boxes are not worth the price. They tout names like, Ohtani, Judge, Kobe, Jordan, and you end up getting some a slab of some guy who played a year, maybe two and was never good. Even their Case Hit Breaks are not worth the price you end up paying for it. Their Mystery Notebook Signed 8x10 that touted Derek Jeter, Peyton Manning, and Joe Burrow netted me a player who played in the 70’s or 80’s. Stay away from their Mystery Boxes because the only Mystery you’ll receive is the Mystery of why you fell for it in the first place. Not once, of the 20 or so Mystery Boxes I’ve bought have I ever got anything close to what I paid for it. Funny thing is, I won one for under $30 once and received a slabbed card of a soccer player from not worth $15. 😆 Again, Stay Away from their Mystery Boxes.”
“I bid on a lot of products, jerseys, sport cards, packs, mystery packs , slabs etc. Example, if I bid $200 on a product, the extra fees are so much extra and typically I end up with a $30 card. Today I opened up 4 hot boxes and no slab had over a $20 card. Actually I run comps on one card at $7.99. Pretty sad for the money I have been spending on all these auctions. Plus a few graded cards had scratches all over them, even though they seemed to be packed very well. I would just be cautious on your bids here”

“Had some pretty bad experiences with this auction site already. I’d say be very cautious buying anything from this site. I recently bought a few autographed funko pops. One of which showed up extremely damaged. Even the autograph was damaged. I reached out and they pretty much said that their “high resolution picture” was enough to not warrant a replacement or refund. There was nothing in the description what so ever about the damage to the product or I would’ve never bid on something like that. Terrible customer service. This site is auctioning damaged goods and then justify it by saying “well we put a picture up.” I encourage anyone to be the judge. Look at the picture below that they are referencing saying I should’ve known. You can barely see any damage in the picture they sent. Now look at the pictures I took close up of the damage to the box and autograph. Beware before bidding!”
“Customer for years. Greed and no customer service eventually took over. They will intentionally ignore messages. Fraudulent items have gone through their system. Lots of fees. Mystery boxes are waste of money as others have stated. Just search the web at all the negative comments. Buyer and seller beware.”
“So I bid and bought a lot of things. So I bought a lot of things and never got any COA from Beckett or jsa. Jsa and Beckett want the item to view I get the right coa from them. Really unpleased with the company”
“Beware of football mystery boxes spotscards. I said I would get 10 hits spent125.00 plus the 17% + shipping. My 10 hits were as follows i got my prices from eBay buy it now. My graded Tom Brady card 1.99 buy it now and sam Sam darnold Darnold rookie 4.00 buy it now. I know the buy it now are not graded but who grades two and for dollar cards. The autograph card Taiwane jones 2.00 on eBay. Zeke rated rookie buy it now 4.00. Garappolo rookie 4.00. Some hall of fame card clyde Humphry signed and dante Dante Lavelli unsigned. I also go 5 packs af unopened cards guessing they were out of blaster boxes because one pack were hit cards and as far as I know those are blasters. Never got a hit in a single pack. We also got 25 cards from the 70s a few minor stars. If none of the cards were graded I would estimate that I would be lucky to get 25.00 dollars worth the cards. I can say I technically got what was advertised if you consider 2 dollar cards hits. I contacted prestige auctions and the said talk to the seller so they have no problem with there misleading advertising, I contacted the sell an I have heard nothing. Just another thought my 10 year old grandson gets 5.00 a week allowance and saved to buy this ripoff box. Stay away from this seller spotscards.com.”
