“I hired this private boat company to transport us, a group of 10, from Marco Polo airport in Venice to the very front of our hotel, Palazzo Veneziano. Kateryna was very kind and guided me through out the process. She is an asset to this company for her wonderful customer service skills. Matteo, the skipper who picked us up, was punctual, very helpful and professional.”
“Easy to book but then went unresponsive when the boat was a no show. Also did not clearly identify the taxi number or the pick up location - the dock is full of boats. They just order a public taxi for you. Save time, money and headache by just grabbing one at the dock - there are plenty. Not the first impression of Venice that you want!”
“L'expérience était incroyable et l'organisation ok (échanges par messages au préalable pour définir l'heure exacte de prise en charge, bateau à l'heure) mais je ne peux mettre qu'une seul étoile car le bateau n'était pas comme sur les images du site Internet (la coque n'était pas en bois naturel) et que je n'ai plus jamais reçu de réponse à ce sujet de la part de la société. J'estime donc que le site Internet est trompeur et que la société n'assume pas en gardant le silence.. dommage.”
