“Do not do business with this company. I paid over $1,000 more than a year ago, and to this day, I have not received any service or a refund. Despite countless promises to “make it right,” nothing has ever been resolved. The company keeps changing names—it was originally called The Wiki Studio, and is now operating as PR Media Studio. They also change the names of the people supposedly handling your case, swap phone numbers, and then disappear entirely, leaving you with no way to reach anyone. The CEO, who goes by Jason Simone, and a “supervisor” named David Parker, have both been involved. Neither has acted with even basic professionalism or accountability. This ordeal has caused significant financial loss and emotional stress. Their behavior—missed deadlines, evasive communication, and constant runarounds—borders on fraud. I am now preparing to take legal action. I strongly urge others to stay far away from this business. It’s been an exhausting and deeply frustrating experience that no one else should have to go through.”
