“Pro Air Services, Eli and his partner, made promises they did not keep! "When we leave, you will never know we were there!" Absolutely not the case! I had to screw a vent back in they forgot to do in my upper loft. I had to re-open 80% of the vents they said they cleaned because they closed them, I had to sweep hardwood floors from dust and debris left behind from the vacuum/hardware, our themostat was left at 66 degrees without telling us (normally at 78).....etc. The list goes on and on. When I questioned Eli how my basement ceiling vents had been cleaned as none of those vents had been removed and I didn't see them go downstairs with the duct cleaning hardware, Eli told me they were cleaned from the 2nd floor. I did some homework after they left and found thats phyically impossible as the furnace is downstairs. So he lied to me. When they left (they were only here for 2 hrs -mind you, @ 34 vents in my house, 3 floors - at 4 minutes/vent (standard cleaning time - even though I paid for a deep clean!) is 2 hrs by itself. Nevermind the Furnace and blower cleaning (an additionel 2-3 hrs combined)). I aslo paid for a furnace cleaning (furnace cleaning consisted entirely of a brief vacuum (?) and a wipe-down with a paper towel - $399, seriously?! ) and a Blower cleaning ($499 - refunded after complaining) that was only done partially, at best. And, lastly, they promise as new customer (which we were), "15% off." This was not applied until I asked for it after I was billed and saw it wasn't there. Again, seriously?! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“ProAir Services came to our home on an emergency basis when no one else would or could. Joseph was our technician. He was well trained in unusual noises and problems with HVAC systems. Joseph made short work of it and diagnosed a bad transformer. In no time, he had our system working again. We highly recommend ProAir.”

“My family has worked w/ other companies before & were getting frustrated by not getting the results we were told to expect. Initially we reached out for a dryer vent cleaning w/ Pro Air Services & were so pleased w/ the results that we had them come out to do the full house vents.
