“Don’t buy from this company. You can see from looking at there reviews from others on there website about the units being poor and not able to chill the rooms airs.
My unit turned up damaged with a damaged window vent unit.
The customer response is done by a bot or AI unit it seems as there’s not response to my request for a return and refund.
They also say they don’t accept refunds once the packaging is opened
Your best off going to curry’s/ appliance direct (any well known shop) to get something similar.

“No customer service contact phone number. Only an email address that they don't respond to. I ordered an 11 fin oil filled radiator which was damaged on arrival. To be honest I think it must have been packed damaged as the box it came in was in perfect condition. One of the fins is buckled and the plastic on the front is split open. I've emailed them twice and there has been no response. Other than an automated response asking for details I have already supplied? This radiator wasn't cheap at £94.00. I feel like I've been ripped off. I also noticed they want you to pay the cost to return the item.,.. seriously? This is going to cost the earth as its really heavy. The only email I ve had is to review this product.”
“At first everything went well, although for some reason sometimes I lost a drop of water.
After 18 months, water leaks from all sides, drips on the floor, the screws and other parts rust and an ice block forms on the evaporator grill (see photos) due to a pure problem of bad design.
I have written to the manufacturer, which is based in London. Even knowing that the warranty had expired, they treated me very well (purely commercial language), but when they saw the magnitude of the disaster they replied: "It seems that these problems may be due to a lack of effective cleaning.." I have properly maintained the dehumidifier. , so the above statement is false. It is clear that they know perfectly well that the product is poorly designed and has no solution.”
“Ordered two fans yesterday - was pleased that they shipped order quickly.
However they sent only one fan (I ordered two) and the one they did send is the wrong colour.
Company IMPOSSIBLE to contact - the have no phone number and they are not responding to emails sent 6 hours ago.

“Ordered a 9000 BTU 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Window Kit @ £449.99.
Delivery was prompt, however, the Air Conditioner was no better than a fan.
Emailed the Company to return the item & they replied that all buyers are responsible for all non-faulty returns.
The Air Conditioner must weigh at least 25-30Kg & will cost alot of money to return.
Business must be good Pro Breeze!
Cannot recommend the Company nor their inferior Air Conditioners.
