“Working with ProCompliance has been an incredibly seamless and positive experience. After signing off, integration was complete within a couple of days and we could immediately get started with training. Their system fit all of our basic requirements (translations, certificate tracking and expiry reminders, uploading of historical trainings) whilst also offering the chance to create bespoke training courses and assessments and customise dashboards to business needs. The training itself is easy to access and the team have been responsive to our feedback. Overall, couldn't recommend ProCompliance enough!”

“Pro compliance created a bespoke dashboard for our business to allow us to not only select training courses that are crucial and mandatory to our employees, but to have them, and a whole library of other courses, on hand whenever we need them. The multiple user licences ensures that we can allocate courses to employees whenever we need to in line with contractual renewals and also facilitate the onboarding of any new employees as and when the need arises. The dashboard is not only user friendly, it is exciting, fast, totally fit for purpose and such a time saver. All of our employees are on the dashboard, each have their own login and can access any courses that have been allocated to them. All new courses come with a welcome email and reminder if necessary and all provide a certificate for the trainee. From an admin perspective, the report function of who has completed what and what is outstanding is incredible at the press of a button. For communication purposes the ability to have each employee sign and return important company documents is fantastic and so easy to upload. Best decision ever!”

“As a company we are looking to move forward into new opportunities and projects, which requires us to look closer at additional training for staff in key areas. Pro Compliance stood out online, and offered a host of courses to help us. After speak with Sue on the phone and discussing my needs I selected the Working at Heights and PPE courses which were informative, clear and not too long, keeping my attention for just 30 mins each. The videos were clear and well presented with the opportunity to go back and watch again if needed. I found Sue to be very helpful and pleasant answering any questions needed. Not only am I happy to say I passed both courses, but will be using ProCompliance again for staff training in the future. For the cost and the experience of this training I would highly recommend working with Sue and the team. Excellent all round. Thank you.”

“ProCompliance have been a 'godsend' to our business. Managing Health & Safety compliance, and more importantly, educating and informing staff of how to ensure they are safe at work, is time consuming and difficult for a small business where the challenges of just staying afloat can take up all the mental energy of owners and managers. ProCompliance videos, and the features of the site enabling us to give digital access to toolbox talks and risk assessments, ensures our staff are kept fully informed and enabled to work safe. “A couple of times now I've had a problem with one of the ProCompliance courses being hosted on an external LMS which is totally normal and happens sometimes. When this happens I've emailed Jack Pitts who is always so quick to acknowledge my email and start helping me. On both occasions Alex Wilkins has been brought into the conversation who is also so quick to help, if there's a wider issue he's quick to explain it, and both keep me updated which gives me confidence that a solution will be found. A great experience from both Jack and Alex!”

“I have used Pro Compliance and specifically Sue over the past 12 months to engage with compliance training of several of my clients, I run a health and safety company, these range from manufacturing through to hospitality venues, the service is always excellent and the course content up to date and engaging, as part of my business I don't provide a learning arm so this is a great way of me ensuring that clients maintain the or compliance requirements. Simple, cost effective and most importantly for me transparent information on how to complete and how to track completions has been the game changer, the dashboard access for clients to use is brilliant,”

“We joined ProCompliance last month for our HR and Training record keeping. I will be honest it took some persuading the Company Directors to use this Platform a few months ago. However, we have employed a new Company H&S Officer. He had an online meeting with Jack P, who explained the system and platform in 15 minutes. He walked in to the office and said “it's a no brainer; we need to sign up!” The support for imputing our historic training certificates, policies and future training courses on the platform, has been outstanding and so easy. We are a month in and already we have started our online training with staff. The ease of accessing these from home and not taking them out of their workday commitments has been beneficial for everyone. We have to say the back up support has been professional and the response time to answer any queries has been exceptional. We as a company have no problem in highly recommending ProCompliance as our H&S Officer says “It’s a no brainer””

“We've recently transitioned to ProCompliance from a leading competitor platform and the process could not have been any easier. ProCompliance, and especially Jack our Account Manager, was quick to respond to all our queries and did everything they could to make sure that everything worked seamlessly, including regular check-ins just to check everything was going okay and seeing if there was anything else he could do to help. “Firstly, Sue is extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The training provided is clear, concise and to the point, it covers all we need to know in a short time, which is most important as our staff are busy, but training is imperative to our business. “From the first contact, Jack has been so helpful and responsive, making it easy to roll out ProCompliance training within our business. The platform is simple to use, and Jack talked us through every step so that we could launch the training with ease. The videos include the information needed, and being able to step back into the exams at a later date works well. Highly recommend.”
