“I placed an order in March 2025 and paid via bank transfer. After weeks of excuses and shipping delays, I requested a refund—which was accepted. However, it’s now been over a month since the cancellation and I still haven’t received my money back.
Customer service keeps citing “administrative issues” and asking for more time. I’ve already contacted consumer protection authorities and their bank.
Unacceptable service. I do not recommend ordering from this company.”
