“I was searching for linear actuators to raise and lower a table for a customer. It was important to have a smooth operation that was consistent and durable. I found Progressive Automations through a web search. After watching their videos and reviewing their offerings, I felt confident with purchasing several of their Column Lifts for my project. Customer service was excellent throughout the ordering process. I received updates to the shipping status and the parts shipped pretty quick. These lift columns are awesome! they work so smoothly and quiet. The controls work very well and are pretty easy to understand. I did have to call for tech support on how to set the lower limit as a hard stop. Tech support walked me through it on the phone and followed up with an email with written instructions as well. I'm very pleased with the purchase. Absolutely no complaints!”

“My order was damaged in shipping. When I contacted Progressive Automations (on Sunday afternoon), the replacement order was issued in that phone conversation and shipped on Tuesday. Thanks to Jack and excellent customer service!”

“Progressive Automations has some of the best customer service of any company I think I have ever worked with. This is the first review I have ever left on a website for any company or product. The customer service is above and beyond helpful. I had a product they didn't think lasted long enough so they gave me a discount on a 2nd item. Their tech support group is also very helpful as they took the time to understand what I was using the actuator for and then made suggestions. High recommend!”
