You should completely avoid this site. They have nothing they are selling in stock and eventually will refund your order, well minus shipping cost. For some reason I still had to pay for shipping cost for an item they did not have and never shipped. I had to call and complain to get them to do anything. Likely many people get robbed by Proozy this way.

Order UA shirt almost a month ago and haven't received it, asked for refund and was told I can return it when it finally arrives for $7 only paid $20 for the item. Horrible company do not order, customer service is a joke and products might come or not.

I emailed the company with my complaint asking for a refund and received an email back guaranteeing that their merchandise is 100% authentic and saying I could return any unworn, unwashed, new with tags merchandise (which of course mine is not).

Never shipped product, stated they would send a refund. But only covered cost of items, they will refund for items but not shipping cost. Truly a new rip off. Wouldn't say why they kept shipping cost. Order #1551506-P

The last few were slow delivering and on order 1313919-P I bought a jacket and paid for it and then weeks later shipment arrives with no jacket and a refund, which was suppose to be a gif for someone.

Slow shipping my last order, billed me for all items ordered, and then they emailed me the day I received the order, after it delivered, saying that some items were out of stock and would refund.

-I ordered a red polo -I received a ugly red shirt that was not a polo -I contacted the company and was told to send the shirt back to get my money back, no exchange offered -I emailed them back explaining that I didn't feel I should have to work to get my money back when they made the mistake -no response -I emailed them again -no response -I emailed them again -no response -I left feedback on facebook they responded that they emailed me a label and to send it back -I contacted PayPal to open a case that I received the wrong item and I wanted my money back -They lied to PayPal and told them they sent the correct item and provided the tracking number to the original incorrect order -Paypal closed the case as a result -I sent them a nice email explaining that I was going to go ahead and send the shirt back -no response -I mailed the shirt back to them -Confirmation email was shown that they received it -I have since then, sent 2 emails showing the confirmation with no response and no refund.
