Sent wrong size shirt that was 20 dollars plus shipping. They sent me a return label so I returned it and they sent me 13 dollars back. Emailed multiple times to correct with no help at all. Shorted me 16 dollars. Be real careful on returns.

Who charges for returns in this day and age? Oh, Proozy does. What a rip off. They have such great deals on clothes, but if they don't fit or you don't like them, you're pretty much forced to keep them because they charge more to return them than to ship them out.

Bad customer service. Unfortunately, they have changed for the worse. You can no longer talk to an agent, never return your calls when you leave a message, and when you purchase something based on their wrong size chart, they refuse to accept returns or exchange! Stay away from them.

Clothing is undersized but their website gives you no inclination it is therefore when you order what is typically your size and realize it needs to be sent back because it does not fit returns are payed for by the customer.

This is another one of those online retailers that makes returns extremely difficult and you as the customer are responsible for return shipment. What a scam. I ordered a medium size Adidas polo shirt, it says medium on it but is XXL. I believe the company is selling fake merchandise or seconds. What crooks.
