“It was really quick and easy to purchase the product. I received it within minutes. However the website needs work. I can't create an account, it only gives me the option to sign-in but I can't sign-in if I do not have an account. The also the support response is very poor as I sent an email yesterday and still have not received any response.”

“I used the upgrade option and it worked well, there could have been a clearer instruction near the end of the process for those who are not computer savvy. The use of the generic key wasn't as clear as it could have been. I substituted it with the key I was given and it didn't work. Use the generic key and then apply the new key at the end of the process and it worked. I recommend this company as one I will use again in the future.”
