The charge for the report was only $1.00. The agent from Property Records followed up immediately following the receipt of my report to see if I was satisfied.”
“Fairly complete report but it obviously leaves out things like new roof or windows, upgraded appliances or new furnace and A/C that can greatly affect value. But overall getting a quick report for $1 is a great deal. The photo they used was outdated but that's not a big deal.”
