“It was fairly simple but for the issue of the address. The address I was looking for did not appear. Not realizing when you are searching for business that have several building, which address would be the correct one, was a bit confusing. I still did not get the entire list that I was needing, but it was a start. Thank you.”

“The property report was very detailed regarding ownership, history, pricing, overtime, local sex, offenders, and other general details. However, I was looking for my current tax information and due dates. That was not included.”

“I appreciate the speed and ease of use, even if the report didn't have all of the specific details that the tax form I was completing needed. The customer service is excellent and I received not only prompt follow up to see if my property report was complete, but offered assistance in trying to locate the missing tax information.”

“Kind of confusing. To me anyway. Name is Edward Cruz and it shows Edward O Cruz. Guess I would have to go over deed of trust with someone. Explain and correct anything. Our mortgage is paid off as well. Next step?”
