“Absolutely — I’d keep it factual and personal, while making it sound less repetitive and more like a genuine customer review. My experience with Property Solvers was unfortunately very disappointing. During the initial conversations, we were led to believe we could expect an offer somewhere around 70% of the market value. However, when the actual offer came through, it was less than 50% of the property’s market value. This was particularly surprising as the property had been independently valued on the same day, and we also received considerably higher offers from other cash-buying companies. We ultimately decided to go with another company and, so far, the experience has been much more positive. Thankfully, we hadn’t invested too much time or money into the process before making that decision. I was also disappointed by the response from Property Solvers regarding the size of the property and concerns about obtaining a mortgage. As a mortgage broker myself, I can say that this would be a straightforward mortgage purchase, so I found that explanation difficult to understand. Overall, I felt the process was misleading. My concern is that an attractive figure is discussed initially, only for the offer to be reduced significantly once you are further into the process. Based on my own experience, I would not consider this company one I could confidently recommend. I have also noticed that the company has responded to and edited its position regarding reviews like mine. I can only speak from my own experience, and that experience is genuine. Rather than challenging or repeatedly responding to negative reviews, I believe the better approach would be to look at the process itself and ensure expectations are clear and realistic from the outset. Had my experience been positive, I would have been more than happy to say so. Unfortunately, this review reflects exactly what I experienced, and I would encourage anyone considering a cash-buying company to shop around, obtain independent valuations and compare several offers before committing.”

“Very disappointing experience dealing with this company. In my opinion, communication and professionalism throughout the project were poor, and there were serious disputes regarding the works carried out and how matters were handled afterwards. I also had concerns regarding the contractors involved and the overall management of the project. Due to my experience, I would not personally recommend this company. Ruban Selvanayagam will cut as much corners as possible as far as to hiring unsafe gas engineers to complete work in order to reduce cost, stay away”
