Absolute rip off, they charge more than Pulse Light Clinic, keep you waiting well past your appointment time and recently moved to Harley Street from Liverpool Street and failed to notify the majority of their clients. I couldn't get there anymore (hence finding Pulse) and had to fight like mad to obtain my patch test fees back. Shocking customer service and their tattoo removal lasers are NOT the most up-to-date, Pulse has the wave and this is much more effective. Nuoligie didn't even tell me I could apply topical anesthetic before treatments, causing me intense pain every time I visited for no reason. Just avoid them and go to Pulse Light or someone else...
