We used to get an annual service in January each year but for several years have to ring them in order to get it done. Last year service was in April after bringing them, this year August again after reminding them. Engineer came and was very thorough but just after he left the alarm activated even when it wasn’t set. Rang and they isolated a zone, told they would ring me back to come and rectify but five days later nothing. Rang them again to sort it out and told it would be three weeks before they can come to rectify. Considering how expensive they are the service is appalling. Steve Vickers

Had problem with smoke alarm contacted company who helped isolate problem and said send email to office to book repair I had to phone 3 days later to arrange appointment eventually got date and advised that I would be first on list as engineer starts at 8am stated this would be ok as had things to do On day of appointment recieved call from engineer was unable to hear exscuse but said he would be there at 10-1030 latest Contacted company again and spoke to young lady who contacted engineer who was 5 mins away now 11am stated that they don’t give specifics times but 8-12 I stated had this conversation when booking and was told engineer stays local and first on list and would be there early I agreed as this suited me Young lady says that I was first on list ? At 11am what happened the first 3 hours doesn’t stay very local She informed me will speak to chap that organised appointment ? Why did engineer phone at 8.30 If it was an open appointment 8-12sorry doesn’t wear with me this is second time this has happened company happily take you money every month if there’s a fault shouldn’t have to Persue an appointment never had any issues before and call handlers should all be preaching from same hymn book

This company has not been the same as it used to be owned by 2 different company I have to ring up for the alarm to be services which I never used they used to call me and now found out alarm not monitored call to office on monday just not as officiant as it used to be

Hi Catherine, Many thanks for sharing your feedback, we believe there has since been a resolution to this issue, and we hope you are once more happy with the protection we offer your home. Catherine's query went through to our out of hours service provider, and we were disappointed to learn that Catherine did not get the customer support that we would expect and pride ourselves on. We have since changed our out of hours provider, and as a gesture of goodwill we telephoned to offer our sincere apology for the inconvenience. We also provided Catherine with a reduction on her monthly bill as a further step to address this grievance. Thank you for sharing your feedback, customer service is extremely important to us and we are delighted that you continue to trust us with your home security.

Good service at last. We have experienced major problems with our old security system and had to update because of this. The service given by your engineer was good and very polite. However in hindsight the engineer did not explain how to use the new system and just handed us the booklet to read. Since this my partner used the system using the tag given to him and exited the house and on his return the alarm had gone off. This is the reason we have downgraded our award.

Further to my recent review,i was contacted by company who apologised for earlier problems.i sincerely hope any future dealing s with them will be positive!

Our engineer Darren was fantastic. The expensive wireless alarm product less so. We are waiting to see if it improves....
