“Ordered on line, came in 4 days, by which time battery on new phone had started to leak so didn't use them! Thought they were ok for price, have bought for several other phones previously.”

“Upscreen Scratch Shield Clear Premium Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G (Front + Back) |… Bought this on 03 June 2021, it was only delivered 17 days after dispatch, despite the website claiming 5-10 days delivery! Despite 3 messages to Customer service, I had no reply and no emails at all, not even dispatch confirmation. Received the incorrect product! Only the front, no back! Not even sure if it is the correct screen protector for my phone because it doesn't fit, as you can see in the attached photo. Again, haven't heard back from them after my complaint!”

Otherwise they would quicker come off the screen. But I think it still could be 1 or 2 mm bigger at the sides (not lenght but the other one, so 1,5 or 1,6cm instead of 1,4cm. That's the reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Nederlands: Ik kocht deze screenprotectors voor mijn activity tracker. Ze zijn iets kleiner dan het beeldscherm. Screenprotector: 1,4cm x 3,2cm Schermgrootte: 1,7cm x 3,6cm Het verschil valt vooral op in de breedte, maar ik vind het geen ramp omdat het toch best lastig is om zo'n dun laagje aan te brengen, ik het anders waarschijnlijk niet perfect kreeg en dat de screenprotector sneller zou loskomen. Ik had ook de goedkoopste variant gekocht, dus verwachtte ik sowieso geen perfect passende, maar hetgeen wat wel beter was dan ik had verwacht: ik heb geen bubbels onder het folie!! Al mocht de folie wel 1 of 2 mm breder zijn zodat de zijkant beter gedekt is, dat zou me een fijner gevoel geven. Vandaar 4 sterren in plaats van 5. Verzending: kwam binnen een week aan, was milieubewuster dan de meeste bedrijven (een envelop met daarin de 6 screenprotectors i.p.v. een doos) Ik denk dat ik vaker bij jullie ga bestellen als ik nog eens van een minder voorkomend voorwerp een screenprotector nodig heb.”

“I am one of those who has never had an Apple device nor do I plan to anytime soon. Maybe ever. I own a Sansa Clip Sport mp3 player given to me back in 2016, by my family as a gift. One night, I was searching for screen protectors for said device and couldn't find any, only screen protectors for the Clip Sport Plus. I came across Protectionfilms24's site and saw they had screen protectors for the Clip Sport, so I ordered the Savvies brand screen protectors from them for my Sansa Clip Sport mp3 player. After placing my order, I was sent an email with instructions to contact them if my order had not reached me within a set period. I was taken aback initially because I recall their site saying that they get the item to you within 2-5 business days. But I think that's only if you live in the country where they are based, which is Germany. I emailed after the date specified in the email and was told that because of COVID-19, my order may be delayed--which, okay, fine, COVID-19 isn't their doing. They instructed me in the reply to wait about 9 additional days, which came and went. So I emailed inquiring once again and they told me that my order was traveling via sea route and could take 60 days to reach me. It reached me today after being placed in the beginning of November, which is not so bad considering it traveled from Germany. To be fair to the company, they did answer any inquiries I had about my order with them, and generally they were polite and patient. I was even provided with a tracking number and was able to follow the progress of my order once it arrived in the states. I have no ill will, I was just confused because of what their site said in regards to 2-5 day shipping. As for the screen protectors themselves, they fit perfectly and were very easy to apply to my Sansa Clip Sport. They are marketed as being "ultra-clear" and trust me, that's exactly what they are! Worth the wait, in my opinion. However, the company should probably update the info on their site to say that the 2-5 business day shipping is only to customers residing in the country they are based out of. Overall, my experience with them was alright. Would order again if I felt the need, but I ordered a pack of 16 so even if the first screen protector fails, I have 15 more.”

“Scam company. I bought screen protectors for a Spektrum IX20 and they don't fit...too big. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement. It was just the same protector that won't fit. I contacted them again and they sent me back an email questioning if I was even a legitamate customer. Stay away....bad news.”

“I ordered a protection film for my smartphone (Xiaomi), I received it in a fare days but it's really too small. It doesn't even cover the screen, I sent pictures to the customer service but they don't want to admit the error. Don't trust them, you'll just lost money.”

“Do Not Support This Company.The most awful service I've ever experienced. Took two attempts and 4 weeks to get my order. My contact on email was the epitome of unhelpful and is now playing games with me. Advertised as 2-4 days free shipping turned into 4 weeks and a underpaid postage cost. After a promised refund of purchase and postage, Jessica @ protectionfilms24 decided to refund a Quarter of total cost. On reply she said she deemed it fair. After at least 15 emails back and forth, I now only have managed to regain purchase price and no postage. The whole process has been outrageous, tiring and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or support such charlatans with your currency. The company should be investigated.”
