“Ordered 4 Sony Playstation Platinum headphones, a week later after paying I am told my order has been cancelled and refunded. Over 4 days later, I haven't had a glimpse of a refund.
What is worse is that they lied about the stock of the item, as I see some on their website for a higher price. Now they're removing reviews on trust pilot. Avoid this company at all costs as their practices are dishonest.
I am waiting on my refund, if I cannot get it, I will contact my bank and trading standards.”
