“I have been a patient here for over two years and recently was “self-terminated.”
The reasoning for this is because I provided them with medical records from my past, told them I have been diagnosed with PTSD, also have received EMDR therapy for it. I wanted to be treated for it as well because it sucks. They told me they cannot diagnose me with it, and it would take someone who is very ignorant to not see that I still struggle with this diagnosis. They don’t care about your mental well being. I am a recovering addict and was prescribed benzodiazepines. But when I mentioned that I need my diagnosis to treat PTSD, they told me they can’t do that for a medical card. I have had my medical marijuana license since I was 16 years old and I still currently have it. I just wanted to switch states and be able to register to vote.”
“Inept is the word for this group. The worst. They take advantage of depressed people. The only reason I continued was bc I was too depressed to continue with the process to find another psychiatrist for my meds as it’s almost impossible with all of the obstacles, wait times, no new patients accepted, etc, etc. Their therapists are awful, their office staff, no words, except of course, inept! Currently you can’t even call any number for them, not this office or Petit Psychiatry, where they’ve been “transitioning” to, since December I believe. Phone message just says “This number is temporally unavailable” for days! They don’t respond to messages through the patient portal either. You just go without your medication until each appointment they reschedule for you. I tell them, “I still have no meds since the last appointment and no one even gets back to me!” Lots of excuses and cycle starts again as my life is going haywire. They are the worst, I’ve never experienced anything so horrendous. I am out of there! Run!”

“This center over bathed me for month until I called my insurance only to find out my co-pay was less. They gave me a refund cause I told them was going to report them. They have no psychiatrist that can assist with behavioral health. Will not go there again.”
