“The woman who helped me, forgot her name, was amazing. She was patient and we managed to pick the correct stick over the phone but only thanks to her patient help and knowledge. It would have taken me 5 hours round trip to get there from central London, we managed to get it all done in about 20 minutes and our stick showed up two days later. Great job Puckstop!!”
