Sorry you're skates didn't fit. As you can appreciate its very hard to size for skates over the phone/email. Standardly in the store most people do go down at least a size, hence the advice we gave. The reason we dont sent out return forms is to save the environment. Our returns form can be downloaded from our website or if you email us we can certainly email you one.
