“Great skates and even better the price. I did have an issue with the stock steels not being straight. I did contact puck stop and I ended up upgrading to step steels as they are much better quality. No fault of puck stop just ccm putting cheap steel on high end skates. Customer service great as usual and all sorted within 24hours”

“I did have a problem with a delivery having a mark on it because of the post. We were able to agree on a reduction in price that I consider was very fair. I was very impressed.”

“You guys are always great but sometimes members of staff offer a discount when buying things and sometimes not. I dot really like asking for discount but believe if you offer it once it should be more consistent. We spend thousands with you guys!”
