“Amazing customer service from the staff. The guy helping us was friendly, knowledgeable and took his time explaining the difference between the skates. Given that the customer service was so good, along with the range of products for sale, this shop would be my first choice.”

“Amazing prices and delivery time and their size guides are very accurate as an overweight enthusiast I was worried nothing would fit but I have room to spare in all the gear and now feel more confident with playing took a few falls and was surprised how little you feel impacts 10/10”

“Excellent company, great communication, prompt delivery. I ordered incorrect size, I emailed to get advice about sizing after ordering I should’ve asked prior to me ordering, but Puck Stop were so helpful they replied and altered order swiftly and sent out products without any hesitation at all. Cannot fault this business. Brilliant service. Products are perfect too. Highly recommend. Thank you for a brilliant service.”

“I was served by Ellie in the shop. She had the patience of a saint :) I think i was in the shop for 3 or 4 hrs trying on skates and went back and forward between various skates and sizes. Nothing was too much trouble when i was there and i never felt rushed or pressured into anything.”
