“Fantastic service from Puck Stop. A manager emailed me to update me on my order which I seen as a personal touch and my order came very quickly. I have just been disappointed by another hockey supplier here in the UK so will be sticking to Puck Stop in the future!”

“Products are good, maybe a little “competitively” priced for sure. What I feel needs work is the service. All staff are pleasant and knowledgeable however everything takes soooo long. I think you need an extra member of staff for weekends or days there are events on at ice Sheffield.”

“Ordered several times from Puckstop and always had amazing service. Items always arrived really quickly. On my last order needed some assistance adding another item to my order and Greg went above and beyond in helping me out and again so so quickly. I will definitely be back for many reasons. Really appreciate the size guides on the items as a new Hockey mum to help me figure out what on earth I need to buy in what size. The shipping is outstandingly quick. Comms and customer service second to none. Thank you so much!!”

“Went to buy skates for my daughter . Service was not great . Had no stock in either the skates she wanted . Then could not even give me a date for a pair even though she is away to America in August . So went across the road to the other shop . Which he was straight on the computer and had the skates at my house with in 7 days”
