Sorry you're skates didn't fit. As you can appreciate its very hard to size for skates over the phone/email. Standardly in the store most people do go down at least a size, hence the advice we gave. The reason we dont sent out return forms is to save the environment. Our returns form can be downloaded from our website or if you email us we can certainly email you one. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance

“A good service delivery was good and the skates exactly what I ordered. Have had skates from other companies, that have had scuffs and scrapes on delivery. So am very happy. Only down side was, there was no option to have them sharpened. That's the only part I was disappointed with, because there are no skate shops near me to sharpen them”
